Cancellation & Refunds

There is no charge to cancel or refund during a Founding Member's free year. US$1 monthly and US$10 annual subscriptions can be canceled to stop future renewal while retaining access through the paid period, unless applicable law requires otherwise.

Refund requests will be handled according to applicable law and mandatory consumer rights, including any statutory cooling-off rights. Subscriptions can be managed or canceled through the Stripe billing portal, along with support@quantmatrixintelligence.com.

Future activation of billing does not authorize automatic charges to anyone who only created an account during the free phase. A paid subscription will require explicit consent and checkout.
